Each tenant gets a key code that is required every time you go in and out, and there are cameras everywhere. Their customer service is also great, they made it easy from start to finish with minimal interaction needed!

The facility is extremely nice, and the office responds promptly to emails. I had an issue one month where my debit card was not working and they gave me lots of notice that my payment for that month had not gone through. My unit was on the second floor and was easily accessible by elevator. They provide carts that you can borrow to move your stuff. The only reason I vacated the unit is because my friend needed to store some stuff and wanted to split the cost of a larger unit with me, but wanted a cheaper option, so we moved our stuff to a place that is less nice but a little less expensive also. I can definitely see why there is a difference in price. If you have nice items that you want to store indoors at a stable temperature, this facility is great. I never worried about my stuff melting or suffering water damage. I also super appreciate the color scheme as I love the color green. TL;DR: It is a clean, secure facility with friendly, responsive staff.
