Spotlight on Our Summer Interns!
At Space Shop Self Storage and Stein Investment Group, we believe great ideas can come from any stage of a career. This summer, we were excited to welcome three talented interns who brought curiosity, initiative, and fresh perspectives to our team.
From commercial real estate and development to marketing and technology, each intern contributed in meaningful ways while gaining hands-on experience and exploring their professional interests. We’re proud to highlight their accomplishments and share a little more about their experiences this summer.
Meet Our Interns Below!
Pruitt Miller
Real Estate Acquisition and Development Intern | Stein Investment Group
Indiana University Kelley School of Business
Junior | Business Management

Pruitt joined Stein Investment Group with a strong interest in commercial real estate and quickly gained hands-on experience supporting the acquisition and development of commercial properties. Throughout the summer, he worked alongside the team to better understand the many factors that contribute to successful real estate investments and development projects.
What initially stood out to Pruitt about Stein Investment Group was the culture and the people.
“What attracted me to Stein Investment Group was the friendliness of the people and their willingness to teach. I have always had an interest in commercial real estate, but after working at SIG this summer, I have developed a passion for it.”
One of the most valuable lessons he learned during the internship was the importance of paying attention to details and understanding the fundamentals of every deal.
“One of the most valuable things I have learned is that reading the lease is one of the most important parts of a deal.”
After graduation, Pruitt hopes to build a career in commercial real estate acquisition.
Fun Fact: Pruitt is working toward becoming fluent in Spanish and will be living in Spain from January through May next year!
Anushri Mohan

She also contributed to many of the blog posts published by Space Shop throughout the summer, helping communicate company insights and industry trends to customers and partners.
The opportunity to explore a new industry while experiencing a different side of marketing made the internship especially appealing.
“I loved the chance to explore a brand new industry to me and learn a different side of marketing. The people here are so passionate and motivated towards new opportunities.”
Throughout her internship, Anushri developed skills that extended beyond traditional marketing work, learning how to adapt communication styles and take initiative in a variety of situations.
“One thing I’ve learned is how to take initiative in new ways depending on who you are communicating with.”
After graduation, she hopes to pursue a strategy-based role in marketing, communications, or sales.

As a Computer Science Intern, Neel worked on several technology and analytics initiatives supporting the business. His projects included building web scrapers, improving the market analysis application, and supporting rate intelligence efforts that help inform decision-making across the organization.
Neel was drawn to the internship because it offered the opportunity to combine technology, data analytics, and business problem-solving in a real-world setting.
“I wanted to apply technology and data analytics to real business challenges.”
One of his biggest takeaways from the summer was gaining a deeper appreciation for the importance of accurate and dependable information.
“Reliable data is essential for accurate analysis and decision-making.”
